I’m so excited to see Villa is moving into the Sunshine Coast “coastline”. We officially have our first listing at Mooloolaba and what a magnificent place it is! We’re lucky enough that Linda and myself can spend a couple of hours on Saturday & Sunday, looking over the ocean whilst we have it Open for Inspection.

I couldn’t have asked for a better property to have my first listing! I have kept up-to-date with the property market and trends within Mooloolaba, Alexandra Headland, Buddina and the 4556 suburbs for years…I’m so excited to put this knowledge to the public.

I hope this is just the beginning for expanding Villa and I’m so appreciative and honoured to be apart of it!

Instagram- it’s one of those “social networks things”.

Instagram is still not as big as and recognised Facebook. Facebook invested in Instagram years ago, as they saw opportunity for great success. They were right! People love Instagram, it’s a simple ‘feed’ of photos- in which, people upload these photos. These photos can be seen by the entire world…where internet is available that is.

Villa has made an Instagram account and our photo blog has been a great success! People all over the world have been able to photos and Villa’s interest by a click of a few buttons. It has allowed Villa to express their passion for real estate, design and establish their ‘vibe’…all through photo uploads.

Villa’s Instagram blog has been quite successful for a boutique agency. The blog, in fact, is the most followed (watched) real estate agency page on the Sunshine Coast!

We have over 800 people currently seeing our photos uploaded and my goal is to get to that 1000 mark someday soon!

The last couple of months has really opened my eyes to the high demand for modern, contemporary and eco-friendly homes.

As Linda & David continuously receive ongoing interest in 6 Wallaby Lane TINBEERWAH, it has allowed me to see a different side of a real estate.

The home has an amazing feeling to it, with such simplicity and design.

As I did my research on the architect for 6 Wallaby Lane (Robinson Architects) I discovered, as Linda said it, they have achieved a kind-of “cult”.

Robinson Architects have achieved an enormous following, a following for contemporary and eco friendly architecture I didn’t know existed!

It shows there is a still high demand for modern homes and more-so than ever…eco friendly residences!

It has been a pleasure to watch David & Linda be apart of the 6 Wallaby Lane listing and I hope one day I will have the pleasure of opening peoples eyes to the contemporary versions of eco friendly homes!
